This all inclusive retreat package is designed to give you a seamless, stress free experience from the moment you arrive.
Your accommodation, airport transfers, all meals, and every scheduled activity are included, all you need to do is book your flights and show up ready to reset. Guests arrive on April 18th, with recommended flights provided and support available if needed. The retreat runs for ten days, with departure the following Monday. Any activities outside the planned schedule are optional and at your own cost, though we encourage you to join the full program as each experience is intentionally created to nourish, connect, and elevate you. To ensure a private, luxurious environment, the retreat is capped at six women, each with her own ensuite bedroom.

Yasmine
With over a decade of experience in the health, wellness, and fitness industry, Yasmine’s journey has taken her from London to Dubai and now Thailand, where she has spent the last two years guiding women toward a more intentional, balanced, and empowered way of living. While fitness is at the core of her coaching, she understands the transformative impact of pairing physical training with restorative wellness practices. Yoga, sound baths, grounding rituals, mindfulness, and women’s connection work now form a key part of the holistic retreat experiences she creates.
With more than seven years of Muay Thai training and competitive experience, discipline and body awareness are deeply woven into Yasmine’s coaching philosophy, even though combat is not the focus of the luxury retreat. As a certified Nutrition Advisor and founder of the macro-based café Prep’d, she integrates balanced, thoughtful nutrition into every experience, believing that how we fuel our bodies directly influences how we feel, think, move, and perform.
As Retreat Leader for the Luxury Mindful Fitness Retreat, Yasmine’s intention is to offer a restorative space where women can move, breathe, reconnect, and reset. Across the Luxury, Fitness, and Combat pathways, she focuses on delivering the softer, more intentional wellness journey, a space to nourish the body, quiet the mind, and connect with a supportive sisterhood. Emily is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and 300-hour certified yoga teacher who has trained across movement, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Her coaching blends strength training, conditioning, mobility, and combat inspired movement to help women feel powerful, capable, and confident. Movement transformed Emily’s life, teaching her discipline, self-trust, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to herself, and she now guides women through that same journey.
She has coached women of all ages and stages, from beginners discovering their strength to mums rebuilding post pregnancy and women reclaiming mobility and confidence. Emily’s approach is supportive, structured, and empowering, built around progression rather than perfection. She believes in building strength from the inside out and using movement, breath, and discipline as the foundation for genuine confidence.
This retreat is designed for women craving structure, strength, community, and a full mental and physical reset. Emily understands how powerful women are, and how rarely they’re given the space to train hard, slow down, reconnect, and truly feel their bodies again. Chanel
Chanel brings a blend of strength, authenticity, and lived experience to Lunar Retreats. She is a New Zealand accredited Personal Trainer and long time combat sports lover who specialises in helping women feel strong, confident, and deeply connected to their bodies.
Now based in Thailand full time, Chanel is immersed directly in the world of Jiu Jitsu and strength based sessions, training alongside elite female combat athletes. She learns from the source, and brings that raw, authentic knowledge straight into her retreat experience. Her coaching blends strength, intensity, and compassion, making combat training safe, accessible, and empowering for women at every level. Chanel is known for her down to earth style, her ability to build confidence in beginners, and her passion for helping women realise just how capable they are, physically and mentally.
She created the Combat Tier to give women access to the same transformative environment that changed her life; genuine training, good connections, and the mindset shifts that come from pushing your limits with the right guidance. This tier exists to give women the opportunity to train with ONE Championship female fighters, access authentic combat environments like Phuket Fight Club, and experience what happens when you push your limits with the right support around you.
Chanel combines elite level exposure with genuine care, creating a space where women can grow, learn, and unlock a new sense of strength within themselves. Making her Combat Tier a safe, welcoming space for first timers and seasoned fighters alike.

Do I need to be fit?
No, you do not need to be “fit” to join us. Each retreat is designed for all levels, and every session can be scaled to suit your ability. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll be supported the whole way. All we ask is that you’re open-minded and willing to participate.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely, most women come solo. Lunar Retreats are built around connection, comfort, and community. You’ll meet like-minded women, make friends quickly, and never feel alone. We create a safe, supportive environment from the moment you arrive.
What’s included / not included?
Included: Accommodation. All scheduled activities (fitness, wellness, cultural, combat, etc.). Most meals (varies by retreat). Transport for scheduled group activities. Retreat workshops & experiences. Welcome pack + personalised items. Ongoing support before and after the retreat.
Not included: Flights. Travel insurance. Alcohol and optional outings. Additional food outside the provided meals. Extra services (massages, private PT, photoshoots, etc.). Airport transfers unless stated.
What airport do I fly into?
For all Thailand based Lunar Retreats, you’ll fly into: Phuket International Airport (HKT). We’ll give you full arrival instructions once you book.
Payment options?
We offer flexible payment options:
- Pay in full and get a 10% discount
- 30% deposit to secure your spot, pay the rest the week of.
All payments are processed securely. Your place is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
What if I have dietary needs?
No problem, we cater for most dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergies. Just let us know when booking so we can prepare the correct meals and notify our chefs.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, travel insurance is highly recommended for all guests. Your policy should cover:
- Medical needs.
- Lost or delayed baggage.
- Travel delays.
- Fitness/physical activity participation.
This ensures you’re fully protected throughout your trip.
Refund/cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain circumstances. If Lunar Retreats cancels the retreat, you will receive a full refund or credit. If you cancel due to medical reasons and provide documentation, we can offer a credit toward a future retreat. No refunds for change of mind, travel disruption, or late cancellations.
